How to download your Facebook data
- 1Go to Facebook > Settings > Your Facebook Information > Download Your Information
- 2Select JSON as the format
- 3Select only the "Friends and Followers" category (to keep the download small)
- 4Click Create File, wait for Facebook to prepare it, then download the zip
- 5Upload the zip file below (or extract it and upload the JSON file directly)
